The century-old, Memphis-founded accounting firm Reynolds, Bone & Griesbeck PLC has recently promoted Charlotte Henderson, CPA to tax partner.  Henderson is a Memphis local and received her Master’s in Taxation from the University of Memphis. She joined RBG in 2008, with 11 years of previous experience at a large local public accounting firm in Atlanta, GA, where she served clients in the areas of tax consulting, business valuation, and litigation support.
“Charlotte puts the Firm first and represents it extremely well,” says John Griesbeck, Managing Partner of RBG. “RBG’s core values of communication and relationship building are portrayed flawlessly through Henderson.  She excels in putting her clients first, with a focus on individual and family taxation, as well as estates and fiduciaries.  She works closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives to incorporate tax planning strategies. As a tax partner, Henderson will continue as a key member of RBG’s tax practice.”
She is involved in leading RBG Connects, which hosts events as a forum for discussion to promote women in business and is a mentor for young accounting professionals.
Serving the Memphis community is one of Henderson’s passions. She is an active volunteer with soup kitchens, youth mentoring programs and Madonna Circle. She graduated in 2018 from Leadership Memphis Executive Program, a leadership program dedicated to equipping individuals with the skills, knowledge, and tools to create a positive, practical impact in the community and is an active alumna of St. Agnes Academy.
Henderson holds her CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) and CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics) designations and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
