“Jennifer owns any task, any project, and any role that she has ever been given in this firm to do the best job she can possibly do. Jennifer always owns her performance, whether it's the good or the bad. I always say Jennifer will be the first person to walk in here and say, "Look, I'm sorry. I made a mistake." Now, it's never fatal, but I will always say Jennifer is willing to own and accept it. Even the best part is that she wants to get better from those mistakes. And so, I go to the biggest thing that I'm so proud of Jennifer for, and that is her ownership of her career. She has done amazing things for FSG and RBG over the years, and I couldn't be more proud. She's the person who's always checking in with the new staff and interns. I see her go over to 5101 and see how the PNG group is doing over there. So Madison's not just focused on the FSG community, but the RBG community, and she cares.”

“When I think of the Core Awards, one of the first things I think about is that when someone wins an award, I look at what they're doing and say, "Wow, I am inspired to be better and be more like them." And I can definitely tell you that when it comes to Live Well, Work Well, Yan inspires me to be better. I am always so impressed with how, when it comes to work, he is locked in. He sets goals. He gets the work done. He effectively communicates, is really there for the team, and does his job. At the same time, he's working on the things that build his career. He also can shift gears, and I get to see the side of Yan where I see his commitment to his health, to exercise, to the social aspect, and to just having fun, and he inspires me to be better."
