William Sublette joined the firm in 2026 as an Audit Staff after completing two summer internships with the audit team. During his internships, William gained valuable experience serving clients across both the Private & Nonprofit Group (PNG) and Financial Services Group (FSG), providing him with a well-rounded foundation in audit and assurance services.

William earned both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He was inspired to pursue a career in accounting by his first college accounting professor, Dr. Amelia Hart, whose motto, “Accounting Is Fun,” helped him recognize the many opportunities the profession can offer. William credits much of his success to the support and guidance of his family and mentors.

Based in Memphis, William enjoys the city’s vibrant food scene and the welcoming people who make it a great place to live and work. Outside of the office, he is a proud dog owner and has three dogs: a golden retriever, a dachshund, and a beagle. He is also an avid supporter of Tennessee Volunteers football and the Memphis Grizzlies.
