Kelly Crow, CPA

Kelly began her career as an intern with RBG in 2008. Upon graduating from Christian Brothers University (CBU), she joined the firm as one of the first full-time tax staff hires. Kelly has served in various roles including tax senior, manager, senior manager and now partner. “To serve the firm as a partner is an incredible honor. I have the opportunity to give back to the team and the clients that grew me into the professional I am today. I am forever grateful.”
Kelly is a seasoned tax professional. She primarily focuses on compliance, consulting and planning for RBG’s Private Client Group, real estate and investment partnerships, auto dealerships, nonprofits, private foundations and employee benefit plans. She has extensive experience with IRS and state representation. Kelly is driven and committed. She builds lasting relationships with her clients, challenging them to meet their personal and professional goals.
Kelly is passionate about the accounting profession. She is actively involved in the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA). Kelly currently serves on the 2024-2025 TSCPA State Board of Directors as Chair. In addition, she is a member of TSCPA Council and serves on the Finance, Personnel, and State Taxation Committees. Kelly also served as the President of the Memphis Chapter of TSCPA. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), where she is serving on AICPA Council. In 2019, she was one of 36 CPAs selected from across the country to attend the AICPA Leadership Academy. Locally, Kelly has volunteered on the CBU Alumni Association Board, the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis’ Give 365 Grant Committee, and the Greater Memphis Chamber Young Professionals Council. Kelly was recently named Chair of the 2024-2025 TSCPA Board of Directors.
Kelly and her husband, Turner, welcomed their son, Hain, in 2021. While their weekends look a bit different now, they still enjoy live music on a cool patio with great friends, good food and cold drinks.
