Morgan Skinner joined RBG in 2025 and currently serves as the CAAS Coordinator. Based in Memphis, Tennessee,
Morgan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, drawing on over a decade of experience in the
banking industry, where she has developed a keen understanding of client service, financial operations, and
organizational efficiency.

Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Morgan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from
Lemoyne–Owen College. Morgan credits her faith as the foundation of her success, guiding her both
personally and professionally.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time walking in the park, shopping, traveling, listening to music, and watching wrestling.
A dedicated member of her church, Morgan also finds joy in serving her community through ministry. Among her favorite destinations is the beach where she finds peace and inspiration.
