Morgan Ocker joined Reynolds Bone & Griesbeck (RBG) in 2024 as a Tax Senior, bringing three years of experience in tax compliance and planning. Specializing in retail dealerships and real estate, she is known for her meticulous approach and dedication to delivering tailored tax strategies that help clients achieve their financial goals.

Morgan is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Tennessee Society of
Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). A graduate of the University of
Mississippi, she holds both a Bachelor’s in Accountancy and a Master’s in Taxation and Data Analytics. She is also a proud member of the Ole Miss Alumni Association and a graduate of the Leadership Germantown Class of 2023, where she currently serves as treasurer.

Morgan resides in Hernando, Mississippi, with her husband Nick and their son Braydon. Outside of work, she enjoys scuba diving, hiking, traveling, and cheering on the Detroit Red Wings.
