In 2025, Mary Dell Petit became the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and
Managing Partner at Reynolds, Bone & Griesbeck. With over ten years of experience in
operations management and high–level executive support, she excels in organizational skills and
demonstrates a strong dedication to excellence. Her contributions play a key role in maintaining
efficient operations and providing steadfast support in a fast–paced, ever–changing setting.

In her current position as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Managing
Partner, Mary Dell plays an integral role in facilitating day–to–day operations and supporting
strategic initiatives. Additionally, she contributes as an office coordinator on a part–time basis,
extending her organizational talents to broader administrative functions.

Outside of her professional life, Mary Dell enjoys spending her time with her family and
pursuing her favorite hobbies. She and her husband, Peter Dietz, who serves as a Chaplain in
the United States Navy, live in Memphis, Tennessee, with their beloved Yellow Labrador
Retriever, Tulip. When she’s not working or enjoying time with her family, Mary Dell is drawn to
activities that involve being outdoors and exploring new places. She has a passion for sailing and
frequently sets aside time for travel. Among her favorite destinations is Key West, Florida,
where she loves soaking in the sun and relaxing in the vibrant atmosphere.
