Lauren joined the RBG team in 2023 and serves as the firm’s Marketing and Event Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for event planning within the firm and coordinating recruiting efforts. Lauren brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. A resilient professional, she credits playing competitive soccer when she was growing up with teaching her the value of determination and teamwork.

Lauren lives in her hometown of Memphis with her two rescue dogs, Twilly and Ghost. When she isn’t working, she loves being outdoors and can often be found traveling, fishing, or camping. She also enjoys refinishing and painting furniture.
