Henry Pietrangelo joined the firm in 2026 as an Audit Staff. In his role, Henry works with clients across a variety of industries, assisting with audit and assurance engagements while helping organizations maintain accurate and reliable financial reporting. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Henry served as an Audit Intern with RBG in 2025, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the audit profession and developing a strong foundation in client service and financial analysis.

Henry is committed to making a positive impact on everyone he encounters, a value that guides both his professional and personal life. He attributes much of his success to the influence of his faith and family.

One quote that resonates with Henry comes from Gandalf in The Lord of the Rings: “It is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love.” This philosophy reflects his belief in the importance of serving others through everyday actions and meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Henry enjoys watching sports, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family. He is an avid fan of the New York Yankees, Tennessee Volunteers, and Tennessee Titans.
