Harsh Kandoi joined Reynolds Bone & Griesbeck (RBG) in 2024 as an Audit Manager in the Financial Services Group.
With nearly a decade of experience in external and internal audits, Harsh specializes in serving banks, credit unions,
farm credit associations, and other financial services companies. Known for his proactive approach and ability to
optimize processes, he delivers value by designing and implementing effective internal controls over financial
reporting (ICFR), as well as performing compliance testing for ICFR.
Harsh is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Tennessee and has successfully completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
and the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA).
Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, Harsh now resides in Memphis, Tennessee, with his wife, Ankita, and their young son, Aarav. Outside of work, Harsh enjoys hiking, running, and supporting his favorite sports teams, including Arsenal, the Chicago Cubs,
and the Ole Miss Rebels.
