Ginny Wooldridge is a Tax Manager at Reynolds, Bone & Griesbeck, bringing more than 20 years of tax and accounting experience to the firm. She works closely with entrepreneurs and small businesses, helping them navigate the tax code and identify strategies to reduce tax liabilities and support long-term success.

Before joining RBG in 2026, Ginny held tax leadership roles with Whitlock & Company, IMC Companies, Fouts & Morgan CPAs, The Marston Group, and RSM McGladrey. She earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arkansas State University. She is an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

Known for being friendly, helpful, and client-focused, Ginny approaches her work with a simple philosophy: treat others the way you would like to be treated. She credits her success to resilience and determination, qualities strengthened by overcoming Stage 3 melanoma at age 27.

Originally from Paragould, Arkansas, Ginny lives in Memphis with her spouse, Adam, and their collection of beloved pets. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, journaling, traveling, art, music, and exploring Memphis’s vibrant food and culture scene.
