Esther joined RBG in 2023 when she took on the role of accountant in the firm’s Tax Department. Now serving as a Tax Senior, she is responsible for the review and preparation of both federal and state tax returns, assisting with audits and refunds, preparing financial statements, and reviewing tax computations and disclosures in audited financial statements. Esther loves learning new things and believes quality is always the top priority when providing excellent service. Her personal motto is “per aspera ad astra,” a Latin phrase meaning “through difficulties to the stars,” which reminds her that greatness comes with great cost.

Esther attributes her success to her faith in God, grit, and grace. A multi-talented individual, she plays the violin and likes listening to classical music whenever she can. In her free time, she can often be found playing music, reading, or hanging out with her three cats.
