Denise Chapin joined the firm in 2024 as a Senior CAAS Associate, bringing over three decades of accounting
experience to the team. With a strong background in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and tax preparation
for both individuals and businesses, Denise specializes in serving real estate and service industry clients.
Known for her dedication and personalized approach, Denise works hard to help clients achieve their goals.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Denise now resides in Germantown, Tennessee, with her
husband, Jim. They are proud parents of three wonderful children—Matthew, Andrew, and Rachel.
Additionally, they consider themselves grandparents to their “grand fur babies,” Nox the cat and Sirius
the husky. Outside of work, Denise enjoys gardening, reading, traveling, and cheering on the University
of Alabama football team —Roll Tide!
