Cooper Grafe is an Audit Senior at RBG, serving clients in the firm’s private and not-for-profit practice. He joined the firm in 2026 and brings a strong background in governmental auditing, including prior experience with the Mississippi Office of the State Auditor. In that role, he performed single audits for governmental agencies and assisted with Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) preparation.

He earned an associate degree from Pearl River Community College in 2020, a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from William Carey University in 2022, and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University in 2023. Cooper is a member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants and played soccer at both Pearl River Community College and William Carey University.

Cooper is known for his strong work ethic and credits much of his success to the unwavering support of his family. Outside the office, he enjoys running, staying active, following sports, and traveling with his wife, Maddie. Originally from Kiln, Mississippi, Cooper now lives in Olive Branch and is a proud supporter of Mississippi State athletics.
