Ashton Pratt joined the firm in 2025 as an IT Coordinator, bringing with him several years of hands–on experience in IT systems support and infrastructure management. In his current role, Ashton ensures the smooth operation of the firm’s IT infrastructure by managing hardware and software systems, implementing new technologies, and delivering day–to–day technical support to staff. His easygoing nature and  commitment to continuous learning fuel his success, driven by a strong work ethic and curiosity.

Ashton earned his Bachelor’s degree in IT Services from Mississippi State University, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. Originally from Vicksburg, Mississippi, he now resides in Memphis, Tennessee, where he enjoys the city’s vibrant event scene and central location. Ashton spends his free time camping with his fiancée, McKinley, gaming on his PC, and attending concerts. A lifelong percussionist, Ashton continues to enjoy playing the drum set and has a special connection to music.
