Angela De Guzman joined the firm in 2026 as a Tax Staff. She brings a strong background in tax compliance, advisory, and corporate taxation, developed during her time at SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (EY Philippines). Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and Philipinne Economic Zone enterprises.

Angela earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Lyceum of the Philippines University – Manila in 2020, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She was also recognized as a two-time Most Outstanding Local Chapter President of the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – National Capital Region. She is an active member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants – Eastern Metro Manila Chapter.

Known by her colleagues as diligent, driven, and optimistic, Angela is guided by her personal service philosophy of going “Above and Beyond.” She attributes her success to her faith, the support of her parents, and her passion for the accounting profession. Inspired by the dynamic and evolving nature of accounting, she values its combination of technical expertise and strategic insight in driving sound business decisions.

Based in Makati City, Angela enjoys exploring the city’s dining and café scene and appreciates its vibrant city lights. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts and music festivals, running, participating in boxing classes, and binge-watching shows, particularly anime and Disney and Marvel films. She is also a fan of The Art of War by Sun Tzu for its timeless lessons on leadership and strategy, and she draws inspiration from Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
