Catherine joined the RBG team in 2022, bringing over ten years of experience as a human resources professional to the firm. Prior to joining RBG, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Triumph Bank. 

A kind and patient professional, Catherine is passionate about career development. She attributes her career success to hard work and great mentors. She is currently affiliated with both the National and Memphis Chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management, as well as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Mid-South. In 2020, Catherine was honored with an HR Impact Award from Memphis Business Journal. 

Catherine lives in Collierville with her husband, their five children, and their two dogs. She enjoys watching her husband cook and her kids play sports. Catherine also loves to travel, and her favorite place to visit is Spanish Wells, Bahamas.
