Yan Mistal joined Reynolds, Bone & Griesbeck PLC in 2025 as a Senior in the firm’s audit department, bringing over three years of experience from PwC Acceleration Center Manila, where he specialized in trust solutions.

Originally from the island of Oriental Mindoro, Yan now resides in Pasig City, Philippines. He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is known among his colleagues as an outgoing team player. Yan thrives in collaborative environments and values open communication, which is reflected in his favorite quote: “When in doubt, reach out.”

Yan was inspired to pursue accounting by his father, who hoped that one of his children would become a CPA. That encouragement continues to influence his career today. Outside of work, Yan enjoys Pasig’s lively nightlife and often relaxes by going out and meeting new people.
