Greg Pohlman joined the firm in 2024 as a Tax Director, bringing more than 40 years of experience in
accounting and consulting. A licensed CPA in both Tennessee and Mississippi, Greg has built his career
specializing in tax strategies, wealth transfer planning, and management consulting. He works with
clients across industries such as real estate, construction, professional services, retail, and small
businesses, offering tailored advice to help them achieve success. Known for his problem–solving
mindset and client–focused approach, Greg is a trusted resource for both his clients and colleague

A Memphis native, Greg now calls Cordova, Tennessee, home, where he lives with his wife of 41 years,
Jeanne. Together, they have three daughters and seven grandchildren who are the center of his world.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys playing golf, traveling, and cheering on his favorite college football
teams—Alabama, Arkansas, and Memphis.
