William Alexander Fracchia is an Audit Intern at RBG, bringing a strong dedication to helping others through his role in the firm’s Audit Department. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama in 2024 and is committed to expanding his knowledge in auditing while building meaningful connections with both his team and clients. William’s passion for the accounting field, coupled with his desire to contribute to the Memphis community, drives his work and learning every day.

Known for his strong work ethic and eagerness to grow, William approaches each challenge with enthusiasm and a focus on collaboration. His colleagues value his attention to detail, his commitment to learning, and his supportive team spirit. Outside of work, William enjoys staying active and pursuing a variety of hobbies, including golf, running, swimming, and chess. He is also a huge sports fan and loves cheering on his favorite teams: Alabama Crimson Tide Football, the Memphis Grizzlies, and the Chicago Bears.
