Akshita plays a key role within RBG as our Data Analytics Manager & Firm Controller, where she is responsible for overseeing PBI dashboards and financials. Since beginning her professional journey in 2015, Akshita has demonstrated a strong blend of technical proficiency and strategic financial oversight. One of the biggest influences on her personal & professional journey was moving from India to the United States for university. This experience taught her independence and resilience, profoundly impacting her perspective on life and work.

Akshita’s achievements include being the first female chartered accountant from her hometown. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys hiking, dancing, watching cricket, and traveling to the mountains. Her journey is a testament to her unwavering dedication, resilience, and ability to overcome challenges, making her a dynamic and inspiring professional!
