It touches the inflow of information from clients. She is the cornerstone of the department. She’s managing all of this workflow, she has trained multiple people over a period of time to get them to perform their best, she has been heavily involved with the text stack changes the department has made over the last 7 or 8 years. I don’t think that it can be underestimated as to how vital Sandi is.“

“When I think of our community core value, I think of internal and external communities. There’s nobody here in the firm that lives this core value better than Kelly does. That’s the reason we are here today, the Core Award concept, she came up with that and it’s fantastic. She also came up with Spilling the Tea at RBG which is another great way of living our internal community core value. When you think of external community core values, Kelly also leads by example there. Currently she is the president of the TSCPA, she’s on the AICPA council, she’s sat on multiple boards. One thing that Kelly does with the community core value is she always takes leadership in whatever she does and that’s evident here at the firm because that’s why she’s a partner at RBG today.”

“Rain inspires me by the way he has figured out to set time out for himself, to better himself, both physically, which we can all see but I would say just as importantly mentally. He comes to work everyday with an attitude that is just awesome. That rubs off on people. If you are around someone who is filled with joy, cracking jokes, that makes people around you feel better.
