Mimi joined RBG in 2023 when she accepted the role of Recruiting and HR Coordinator. She earned a degree from the University of Mississippi in 2021, where she was a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College and the Lott Leadership Institute. Prior to joining the firm, Mimi spent two years as Leadership Development Consultant for Kappa Delta sorority supporting 22 chapters across the country and successful extension efforts at two universities, and nine months living in Dahlonega, GA, leading the re-establishment of the KD chapter at the University of North Georgia.  She attributes her professional success to determination and her commitment to building strong relationships. 

Mimi lives in her hometown of Memphis, where she enjoys the fantastic food and music. When not working, she spends her time playing trivia, shopping, and hanging out with family and friends. Mimi cheers for her alma mater, the Ole Miss Rebels, and her favorite cities to visit are Washington, DC, and New Orleans.
