Tracy became RBG’s Office Coordinator in 2023. She is an energetic individual who strives to create a welcoming environment. In her role, Tracy performs administrative and customer service-related tasks that assist the overall function of the office, including greeting customers and visitors, managing schedules for conferences and meetings, scheduling vendors for maintenance and repairs, and ordering inventory for office supplies, as well as assisting with HR duties. She brings 15 years of experience in this field, including spending six years working for H&R Block. Prior to joining the firm, she worked within the local government realm, managing Human Resources and serving as the mayor’s executive assistant and liaison to the City Council.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Tracy now lives in Olive Branch. She is engaged to her fiancée and has two children and four grandchildren, as well as a dog named Toby and a loving, supportive mom, to whom she credits much of her success. In her free time, Tracy enjoys reading memoirs and says Becoming by Michelle Obama is her favorite book because it personalizes The First Lady. She also loves riding her three-wheel motorcycle.
