Since 2022, Jon has been a valuable member of the RBG team. He currently serves in the firm’s Client Advisory and Accounting Services Department, where he is responsible for bookkeeping, maintaining tax compliance, and providing consulting services. Prior to joining RBG, Jon spent one year with another local CPA firm working as a staff accountant and software consultant. He is experienced in troubleshooting client technological issues, including performing QuickBooks purchase, installation, and troubleshooting, and dealing with remote server complications.

An efficient and industrious professional, Jon’s personal philosophy of service is simple: treat others  as he would like to be treated. Growing up, he was “the kid who loved math.” He knew all along, he would one day have a job that involved working with numbers, so it is no surprise that he pursued a career in accounting. Jon attributes his success in the field to the hard work he has put in. 

Raised in Cordova, a suburb of Memphis, Jon loves that he now lives in the city. He enjoys Memphis’ rich history and the many interesting things it has to offer.In his free time, he enjoys trying new foods, hiking, kayaking, and traveling—he has visited more than seven other countries, including living in Madrid, Spain for six months.
