In 2022, Kaitlyn joined the RBG team as a Hybrid intern. In this capacity, she performs work in both the Audit and Tax Departments. Kaitlyn previously served as a Government Guaranteed Loan Operations intern with an investment banking company.

Kaitlyn has always liked working with numbers, so pursuing a career in the business world just made sense. She is a promising student, which is attested to by her presence on the Dean’s List at the University of Memphis, where she currently studies, and her membership in the National Honors Society. Kaitlyn is currently affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA).

A native of Memphis, Kaitlyn enjoys living, studying, and working in her hometown. In her free time, she likes to cook, cheer on any University of Memphis sports teams, and be in the outdoors. When she has the opportunity to travel, her favorite destination is Colorado.
