Martina Jones is a dedicated CAAS Associate who began her journey with RBG in 2023 as an intern, eventually becoming a full-time employee in 2024. A proud native of Memphis, Martina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Mathematics and a Master of Science in Accounting. Her academic excellence is highlighted by her achievements as a 2023 FEI Gold Medalist and the inaugural recipient of the Pam Church Master of Science of Accounting Award. Known professionally for her expertise in bookkeeping tasks such as payroll, business tax returns, annual reports, and bank reconciliations, Martina also has experience in 1040 tax returns. Colleagues describe her as hardworking and a great communicator, attributes she credits to her resilience and determination to excel.

Martina’s favorite quote, “Be unapologetically you,” encapsulates her approach to life and work. An interesting fact about her is that she performed as a background dancer with Janet Jackson at the age of 14. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys dancing, singing, and playing basketball. Additionally, as the youngest of seven children, she cherishes her large family. Her favorite travel destination is California, where she enjoys the diverse experiences the state has to offer!
