Having joined the RBG team in 2023, Doug serves as CFO/Client Advisory & Accounting Services Leader. He is a licensed CPA with nearly 20 years of accounting experience in various industries, specializing in logistics, manufacturing, and the nonprofit sector. He was recognized by the Memphis Business Journal as a CFO of the Year finalist in 2016. A native Memphian, Doug earned a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Memphis. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).

Doug and his wife, Julia, live in Memphis with their daughter, Janie, and pet boxer. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, watching movies, and rooting for the Atlanta Braves and Everton Football Club.
