In 2021, Dawn joined the RBG team, bringing with her two decades of valuable experience working as a bookkeeper. She currently serves the firm as a financial coordinator. 

Dawn’s personal philosophy of service is straightforward: “Do not disappoint the ones who count on you.” This means that she works hard to achieve what promises to do, both for her clients and for her colleagues. Dawn credits her career success to a combination of loyalty and strong morals. Each day she lives by her favorite quote: “Actions speak louder than words.”

Raised in Ohio, Dawn moved to Tennessee in 1996 and has loved living there ever since. She currently lives outside of Memphis on a 13-acre plot in Covington. Dawn has a fiancé, one son, one daughter, and a variety of pets including dogs, cats, and goats. In her free time, she enjoy camping and fishing.
